Announcing the ‘Autumn Leaves’ Reader Challenge finalists!

Quilters love color and nature puts on a mighty good show each autumn in many areas of the globe. It’s hard to resist interpreting this beauty in our quilts! In the April/May issue, we challenged readers to create an 8″ x 10″ art quilt on the theme “Autumn Leaves.” And we added a twist, encouraging them to incorporate at least one technique learned from any issue of Quilting Arts. Almost 100 artists answered the call and we congratulate all of them for their efforts. It was difficult to choose, yet again, but we’re happy to present the finalists.
