The editors of Quilting Arts Magazine and the staff of Quilts, Inc. are proud to be working on the eighth annual edition of International Quilt Festival: Quilt Scene. This publication captures the excitement and creativity of the quilt world and is our annual issue of fresh ideas for today’s quilter including patterns and projects, galleries of beautiful quilts from International Quilt Festival, Houston, interviews, tips, and more. But we need you!

We are currently seeking submissions to Quilt Scene. We are looking for quilted projects and patterns plus article and ideas on quilting techniques and tips. Our submissions deadline is Friday, May 13. Learn more here.

Please note: The focus of this magazine is not art quilting, rather, it celebrates the traditional—but with a lively, contemporary spin. We are looking for articles and projects geared toward both the traditional and intermediate/advanced quilter.
