I'm working on a couple of UFO's as well as sewing a. Opulent of sundresses for our granddaughter. I think my first love is still in sewing clothing. The patter companies make it difficult however when a si gle pattern is $13.00!! Crazy!!

 Happy sewing

It is a variation of drunkard's path. The background is mint green (scraps from another drunkard's path quilt with a variety of batiks forming the body of the turtle. A head and a tail are inserted in the pieces and stick up. Sashing is purple--said S-I-S's favorite color. The pattern is one of the old Kansas City Star patterns.
