OK, usually three. It is a routine, a ritual that I do automatically, always the same way. It starts my day with structure and familiarity. I have tried it on several occasions but never acquired a taste for it even though everyone around me in college and after drank it including my husband. So, I have one cup of hot tea in the morning which is French Vanilla flavored with a slice of ginger thrown in the pot. Then I drink iced tea at all other meals which I make with one large black tea bag and one large green tea bag and maybe a teaspoon of sugar for two quarts of tea. I also squeeze a small piece of lemon in that after it cools down.

I wake up and have 2 huge mugs of coffee every morning, but then I drink tea most of the rest of the day.
