Today’s the day we’re announcing the finalists for our 2011 “Flavor of the Month” calendar contest, so it only seems appropriate that I’m experiencing a chocolate hangover this post-Easter Monday morning. I don’t normally eat sweets, but I ate a lot of chocolate this past week, including the ultimate chocolate delicacy: the Cadbury creme egg.
Is there anything better than a thick milk chocolate shell filled with rich, gooey cream? Growing up I’d stock up on them at Easter time, store them in the freezer, and on Thursday nights at 8:00 I’d slowly devour one while watching Tom Selleck lure women and bad guys on “Magnum P.I.”
Life didn’t get any better.
But back to the matter at hand. Congratulations to the following “Flavor of the Month” finalists! It is important that we receive your quilt(s) as soon as possible so that we can meet our publishing deadline.
