The first show begins with Susan Brubaker Knapp. She creates art from her photos using fused appliqué and thread painting. Today’s inspiration is a lighthouse in North Carolina. Next, Pokey shares a stitched and stenciled book with photos and ephemera. Then, join us on location at the Quilt Festival for a project from Karen Linduska entitled fantasy garden. Last up, Andrea Bishop shows how to create accurate appliqué in any size. She starts with a favorite photo and uses software to print out patterns.
