&lt;p&gt;How about a light quilt/coverlet made in summer colors to be backed but unstuffed? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Q: &amp;nbsp;Would you then tie it with floss or ribbons, or machine stitch it? &amp;nbsp;My thoughts see fine ribbon(s) to tie it with... &amp;nbsp;is this practical? &amp;nbsp;Will it wash but need ironing?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe I will test it on a pillow cover first! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
