Challenge Yourself
In Quilting Arts in Stitches, we challenged you to stitch a filler stitch inspired by Leah Day; follow Beryl Taylor’s lead and create a sampler comprised of hand stitching: create a lush needle-felted piece such as that by Jane LaFazio: or stitch up a whimsical brooch to swap with someone else. Here’s how to share your artwork in our photo galleries:
- Upload your artwork in the QA in Stitches photo gallery. Make sure your jpeg, png, or gif file is under 5 MB in size or it won’t load properly.
- In the description box, tell us about your piece.
- In the tag field, tag your entry with one of the following descriptors: filler stitch, stitch sampler, brooch, or needle-felted sampler.
- Brag to all of your stitching friends and encourage them to go have a look at your work!
