I bought this issue during the sale, along with issue 4 of Stitches. BUT I cannot run it on my PC. I did not download issue 5 since issue 4 won't work. I twice contacted interweave for help but have received no response. I am asking for a full refund since there is so much difficulty with downloading them and they will not run. I am really disappointed, both in the issues mentioned and in the total lack of response by interweave. Thank you.

Very nice stitching. How can I get more information on portrait quilting. I am really interested in doing some portraits of my children and family. Is there some information about this out there?
