Hi all

I registered a few days back, but have not introduced myself.

I've been stitching all my life.  I'm never really sure what camp I fit into, as my studies were in embroidery, then paper arts - but  I prefer a 'less is more' look to things.  Also my creations mainly involve stitching on paper - I don't think of myself as a Patchworker/Quilter, but then I tend to chop up and regroup papers - I don't quilt, but my work can be made up of many (hidden)  layers... so these days with paints, dyes and other twiddles I tend to call myself a Mixed Media Artist.

I've subscribed to CPS since the beginning, and QA only recently, and have taken Fiberarts for many years too.

Looking forward to joining in the fun.

Hola!  I too do the less is more thing nowadays.  I am groovin' on that.  It was not always that way.  You should see my early stuff.  I was the embellishment queen.  More was not good.  My design eye is much better  and settled down now.  Hope you love it here as much as I do.
