Hi there-sorry to bug you all with my problems but really dont know where to go from here..I subscribed to Quilting Arts in january, knowing that my first issue would be the February/March issue. Well february has gone and still no sign of the magazine arriving. I have emailed customer service twice, each time receiving an automated reply, but no human response.
Can someone tell me please..who do I contact to find out what has gone wrong with my order and who canesolve the issue for me.
I would be most greatful if any of you could help. Thanks!!

We recently changed our magazine subscription service for Quilting Arts and yours may have gotten caught in the transition. We are very excited about this transition and going forward we will be able to provide better service.
