I bought and downloaded the new metal embellishments video this morning. I get only sound, no picture. I've already tried a new download, restart, and I know my quicktime is up to date, but still no picture.
Has anybody else had this problem with their download before? I've contacted customer service, but I don't know if they'll get back to me.

Mandy, Customer Service has been alerted of your issue. Sorry, it was done the same day of your post. I had my iPhone-which will not let me post in the forum (keyboad issues). I could not reply at that time and it slipped my mind by the time I got home.
Please contact customer service again if your issue has not been resolved.
