I got interested on the art of Papercut and Hawaiian Quilts and I tried to use these two artistic inpirations on this wall quilt that I created. I'm using the photo of the quilt as my avatar here and I'm uploading the photo here so that it can be viewed fully.
Not exactly sure what this technique is but the quilt is really slick. Great detail. Welcome to the community. Hope you like it here.

Hi Belinda, thank you for welcoming me to the site and for your positive comment on the quilt. Regarding the technique that I used: I explained a little bit regarding the design on my blog (see the link below). I first cut the design on paper and then enlarge it at Kinko's copying machine. Then I used this enlarged copy as my pattern to cut the design on fabrics.
