I take it you've let Customer Service know about the missed issue and have been in touch with somebody? In case you haven't been in touch with them, the Customer Service info can be found on the very top right where it says "Help/Customer Service"

I called and we concluded a glitz in the email system must have been why I only received the newsletters but not responses. In any case, I understand a label for the missing issue was printed 4/29 and I look forward to receiving the issue in 10 or so days.
You know I MUST have my QA fix! lol I became addicted years ago and only recently decided the relatively sane thing to do was subscribe.

I had a missing issue once and I would just like to say your staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful and I had the replacement issue in my hand within 2 weeks (shipped to Canada).
