I can't tell you how much I rely on QA for inspiration and guidance.
Today we had a yard sale. All of my dozens and dozens of quilting magazines were in that sale. But not Quilting Arts or Cloth Paper Scissors. No sirreee. These are my Bible of Art Quilting.
Recently, I was rumbling around in my studio and found myself plopping down beside my stash of QA. I pulled out one of the oldest issues and found its content to be as timely today as it was then.
The look has changed, and the art very definitely is more and more out of the box, but knowing how to make embroidery stitches or the principles of good design never go out of style.
Thank you for continuing your record of excellence in both of your publications. I peruse both continually. (And it is always a thrill to me when I am using the annual index to see my name listed among so many fine artists.)

I do that too Peggy....plop down next to my book shelf and thumb through my back issues at times. Great inspiration!
