This person really has no profile per se on this site, but i recieved an email from her/him/it requesting my email--please don't respond to these

I got the same message today from that person. Unfortunately, I did respond with the question "Do you work at the magazine?" Hopefully, it is not spam or malware. I hope someone from the magazine website looks into this.
