Please help!   Does anyone know if details of how the ghecko which is pictured in the 2011 Quilting Arts Calandar was made appear anywhere?

I would really like to try to do something similar, and would welcome any advice/suggestions.

Many thanks, Valerie

Hi Valerie,

Do you mean the iguana from the 2012 Calendar? If so, here is the info we have:

“The Iconic Miss Isabella (Iguana)” Isabella Iguana is magnificently prehistoric, haughty, sumptuously textured, and fascinating. A gentle vegetarian, she can change color on a whim—my kind of girl!

Hand-dyed fabric, commercial fabrics, beads, leather, paint, stencils; free-motion machine quilted, hand stitched.

Thanks, Jill.

Just the information that I needed to get started ...

Really appreciate it.
