Latest issue not arrived and account has been mixed up with someone elses. no reply from Customer service

Please can someone help?

I have not received my April May 2013 issue of quilting Arts Magazine.

As I move about quite a bit I thought I would check my account to see if the delivery address was correct.

Unfortunately, I am completely unable to access my account. I have tried using my account number, my e mail address and my name and address. However, my account number does open an account for another of your customers. I can see her full details - name, address, subscriptions - and if I were so inclined (which I am not) would be able to edit and change any of her details. Not only that - her details include MY e mail address as hers. Clearly something has gone very wrong and our accounts have been mixed up. I am not only very upset with QA subscriptions because of my own problems - but am even more upset that you are so careless with our details. I am sure the person whose account I can currently access would be furious if she knew.

I have taken screen shots of her account details and forwarded them to Customer Service - explaining the whole problem in detail. Unfortunately I have had no reply except for the automated response telling me someone will be in touch with me directly. 

I await a response from someone at QA - and would love to hear from anyone who may have any ideas as to how to get a response from Customer Service.

To follow up on this problem.............

 

After 3 days I have had a reply from customer service. They have told me to wait a further 2 weeks for the magazine to arrive. 

In their reply they have completely ignored the issue of the mix up with the accounts and my ability to log in to someone else's account and access their personal details. They have also ignored the problem of my e mail address appearing in someone else's account.

They have, however, given me a new account number - so I can log in to my account using this. I am still unable to log in using my e mail address, however, as I still get the message stating that 'there is more than one record for this login information'.  

Why are customer services not concerned by this?

We here at Quilting Daily are very concerned about this problem and Sheila will work everything out with you. Again, I apologize for the fact that you haven't received results sooner.

I appreciate your help and have replied to you both via e mail. Hopefully this mix up will soon be sorted out.
