  • Re: Beginning

  • Hello - From All Over

Military spouse here so we move and move and yes, move again! I'm so pleased to have found this forum. I'm a teeny tiny business owner with an Etsy shop (http://doubleneedledesigns.etsy.com) so all this wonderful information folk share make me feel right at home and I'm pleased to be a part...

  • Re: Forum Challenge - It's My Nature

"Peachy Posy" is among many FIRSTS in my life recently! We had a stormy Montana spring and those rainy skies became the inspiration for this design which began first as a sketch while longingly gazing out the window. It represents many "firsts" in my life, one of which was a time...

  • Sales Tax on Etsy

Good morning everyone, I was just rearranging my quilts on Etsy and noticed a new addition to my page about sales tax. I began the blog as a way to chronicle my progress and work. Through the years, I've been in contact with many like minded artists that I would never meet otherwise...

  • Re: The Artist and the Internet

I'm just starting out as both and art quilter and as an Etsy seller. I don't have much up in my store in the way of art quilts yet, but I have a few things like free motion embroidered coasters. I also sell my other hand crafted items such as diaper covers. I use my store as a place to sell my...

  • Re: The Artist and the Internet

Good question, Jane. I am actually really interested to hear how quilt artists are using Etsy. If there is anybody out there with an Etsy store, I'd love to hear about your experience and what you sell...

  • Re: Blog hosting sites?

I'm on blogger as well and I'm really pleased. I'm a fairly new blogger (since March) and it has been really easy to set up, edit and add gadgets as needed. Good luck with your project. My blog can be found at htttp://SewDanish.blogspot.com if you want to have a look. Birgitte
