I built a website that I am really proud of and nobody but my close friends have seen it. How do I get people to take note of me. I have a passion for books, quilting and teaching. I don't blog or "facebook" because I still teach full-time. I have a few years left before retirement and...

Hi, I'm fairly new to the Art Quilt world and want to purchase an inkjet printer to make use of some of the new products, i.e. printing onto cotton, organza, silk, canvas (all paper backed for printers) and lutradur. It seems that people like the Epsons the best. What do you have and how do you like...

Hi Deborah, Gerald at the Copper Shade Tree notified me that you were interested in some of the methods of mounting fiber art on pre-stretched canvas. Well, it looks like you have already figured most of it out! I like what you have done with your two pieces above. Of the four pieces I had at the exhibit...

I was given a quilt with pictures of the family in blocks. I need to know how to clean it. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, we've been sorting out my grandfather's photo library. He always edited what he showed us, but he never threw any out. Anyone know of an art use for the films from not-great shots? Some of the rejects are decent pictures, since we're only going to preserve the very best ones.

I just finished an introductory printmaking class -- drypoint, intaglio, and solar plates -- where we used etching ink and a roller press. Everybody printed on paper but I had to try printing on fabric. Mostly it worked quite well, but now...
