It was then quilted and bound. The tulips were painted with fabric paint so the lettering would show through. The background behind the flowers was splattered (using an old toothbrush) with a mix of orange and yellow acrylic paint to create a halo effect.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial black,avant garde;"&gt;Don&amp;rsquo;t waste a print&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;"&gt;There&amp;rsquo;s no need to waste your less-than-perfect prints. Save all your scraps and prints from various projects. Arrange them on top of a sheet of fusible, and once you are happy with the composition, iron them in place. Lay organza over the composition, and iron it down.
