From art pieces to doing my first completed miniature quilt, I accepted the self-challange to say "I did it!".  The pattern was published in Miniature Quilts magazine in 2004.    This is made with 2" blocks with the pineapple pattern; there are 45 pieces in each paper-pieced  block.  It is 17" square.

Thank you!  It was a lot of fun to do, and once I got the hang of it, it wasn't all that hard.

This is exquisite!!!! Very detailed and lovely colors. The black really sets this off nicely. I make miniature quilts also, but they are 6x9" quilts for tiny doll beds. I use 1/4 to 1/2" paper piecing.
