In her article, “Needle-felted Foundations for Stitch,” on page 44 of Quilting Arts December 2009/January 2010 issue, Janet Lasher demonstrates how to create foundation pieces for hand stitching using needle felting and collage techniques. Here is another one of her foundation pieces.

Really like the tone on tone here. Makes the texture from the stitching really stand out. Excellent work!
