Landscape of a rocky creek with my husband and grandson.  I used layers of organdy for the water and tulle for shadows.  Loads of thread painting!  Based on one of my photos.  Machine quilted, not yet bound.

I really like this quilt, very arty. Clever how you made a beautiful scene with just so little detail.

Well done, this looks really good, it's so good to create something that is so personal to oneself.

Wow. Your quilt is really sectacular. I wish I could see it closer up. I'd love to check out that thread painting as well as your use of tulle. I love the reflection in the water.

I love the loose, sketchy stitching. It softens the scene.
