'Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes'

This measures 53" x 64",  the largest art piece I've done.  Techniques include fused raw-edge applique, trapunto, thread painting and free motion quilting.   Inspired from a print I bought years ago at a thrift store, later realizing it to be an Allen Stringfellow print.

This quilt is absolutely beautiful.  The colors are warm and all of the pieces are well placed.  The scene is clear and touching.  What a great job!

So much work in this... it's wonderful. Your fabric selections work nicely. Good you mentioned the size... you can't really tell the size from the photo, but this must be very impressive hung for display.
