Nymph

A nymph is the immature form of some insects which undergoes gradual metamorphosis before reaching its adult stage. The nymph of my inner animal reflects that I continue to grow and change as each day passes. I hope to never stop seeing new perspectives and interesting possibilities!

Raw edge applique, machine quilting, beading, a small amount of thread painting

Beautiful. I too love paisleys. I really like the way they were fussy cut and appliqued onto the background, and built upon to create the final image.
