String pieced large wall hanging, or comfy couch quilt.
Being a 'stash-aholic' I have found it impossible to throw away perfectly good fabric scraps from my projects. After nearly 30 years of this...time to cut, use, or pitch! So, through the scraps I went; 5, 4, 3, 2 inch squares were cut. 2 inch strips if there were enough inches to make a strip. And when that was done, the leftovers at least 3/4 inch wide were pieced together, cut into 8 inch blocks and piano key border.
