This pattern has printed off twice. I double checked that my printer settings were correct. I think there is a problem with the bag body pattern pieces, they do no align. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem too.  My solution was to fold the page that is not lining up (1c)....I did a tiny fold in the middle of the page making sure that the top and bottom pattern lines matched with 1b.  Please note that the fold I made is off...meaning you have to nudge the fold so that when you're piecing 1c and 1b the pattern lines line up better.  Hope that helps!

I had no problem with the pattern printing out or lining up.
