Actually, that is the name of this fabric from Robert Kaufman. I couldn't bring myself to cut it up so I appliqued the face on top, quilted it and made paper beads to embellish it. I also used some metallic thread stitching.

Thanks Laura, The beads were fun to make. A good project to use up magazines you don't want to keep. You can also make them from fabric. The blue "hair" was appliqued on going in spikes. Reminds me of how I feel somedays when not enough time to finish everything.
