This mixed-media art quiltet celebrates my joy of writing poems, memories, humor and sorrow stories. I created the 'still life' of vase and flowers background by cutting out and fusing fabric flowers, which I then scanned onto computer fabric after 'fading' it to a non-competitive background piece. Then added computer generated snatches from my writings. Then the fun part of collage-ing with more fabric applique, wire, hand beading and a touch of pen work.
