Black Creek early spring

Excellent thread working-texture work makes the piece your own! Did you use hand-dyed for the water or the foreground? The foreground could not have been a better choice-shading and light-perfect-and the wooden pieces-perfect! Is this from a photo or painting-or from memory of a certain place at/in/around Black Creek-or a place you have visited? Your inspiration? This is a great work!
Thank you so much. None of the pieces were dyed, I think though I used a bit of crayon on the piece of wood. My inspiration was a picture I took of Black Creek. I liked the contrast between the litter and the beauty of nature. I am glad you like it!
