For this one I took white and black cotton fabric and rubbed them with oil sticks over texture plates. Then I cut them into strips on the bias and sewed them together. For the flower in the corner I free motion stitche the lines then painted the flower with acrylic paint. Then I added hand embroidered knotts and a "bee line".

Very different than anything I've ever done... it took me a moment... but I just love it!

How innovative!  Love the flower and the 'bee line'... :)
