Materials Needed:
• Black paper 3 1/2" or 4" square
• 9x12" sheet of freezer paper
• Small scissors (for cutting shape from black paper)
• Craft knife (such as X-Acto knife) for cutting stencils
• Cutting mat to protect work surface
• Pen or Pencil
• Ruler
• Fabric to paint on - light to medium values are easiest to work with initially
• Shiva Artist's Paintstik in a color that has strong contrast with the fabric
• Stencil Brush
• Cedar Canyon Textiles Brush Soap for cleaning up brushes and hands
• Ironing pad
• Grip-n-Grip no slip mat (from Bear Threads Design)
• Iron (preferably one that you don't mind getting paint on!)
