Episode 601: Project 601-2
I can’t throw anything away, not even the most
itty bitty, tiniest sliver of fabric. I keep my scraps in large plastic
bags, and the day I noticed I had accumulated so many of them, I knew it
was time to start using them up. That’s when I came up with an idea to
make a reversible patchwork tote. This tote can be made with two
distinct patchwork designs for each side, as I did; or you can use
patchwork for just one side and a single piece of fabric for the reverse
side; or, you may elect to use a single piece of fabric for both sides.
It’s up to you! And by using the grommets to loop one long strap
through, the construction is a cinch!
