My new Zinnia quilt that I turned into a pattern.I will be teaching this at IQF Houston. I used fusible applique and my hand dyed fabrics. I am quilting it right now, with lots of rayon thread.

Hello Melinda,
So pretty, one of my favorite flowers. I grew some zinnias this summer ( from seeds ) . Unbelievable what you have accomplished with fabric !
This is really stunning! I can't wait to see it after the quilting.
Dear Melinda, love the subtle range of colors that you're able to acheive with each flower. You have a real sense of color and how to use it to best effect. I think that you'll understand when I say that they look yummy enough to eat!
wonderful blooms - beautiful quilt.
