This quilt depicts the Solar System. The center shows named planets to scale, surrounded with individual planets embroidered surfaces to coincide with the types of surface each planet has. Around this are 12 embroidered Constellations. The corners have the four phases of the moon.

If I can borrow it back from my grandson, I will try to get more detail in more photos..
