IS THERE A PROGRAM FOR PHOTO EDITING THAT MARIA ELKINS USED AND DOES SHE HAVE ANY BOOKS ON HER BEGINNING PORTRAITS?

Terry, I took a class from Maria 6 weeks ago.  She uses Photoshop Elements as her photo editing program.  I purchased that program since, and am still trying to figure it out (tons of features).  I had Picasa (free from Google) but it didn't have the posterize feature in it.  I was able to prepare a photo since my class and have amost completed the project.  I still have a lot to learn, though.  Good luck!
