Learn to make a colorful, fiber-ful scarf - great for gifts and the fabric can be cut for use in other projects. Working on a base of water-soluble stabilizer, we'll create a lovely fiber collage. A grid of stitching is added to hold the fibers in place, then the stabilizer is washed away.

not enough information on how to sew the grid . So it will stay together when you rinse the stablizer out .thank you Dewise Nash
