Zentangle initial

I have taken the zentangle and made initial blocks for my granddaughters.  This is one of them.  I still have to attach ribbon as a hanger.  The earlier posting was a prototype and now I have experimented with different threads and color.  I'm working on one that has a beaded background.  The block is 12 x 12.

This art form is soooooo exciting, I'm dying to  try it.  very new outside of Europe !

I really like this... turkey red... very old fashioned and honoring of the traditions of quilting long ago... while very modern and up to date with the zentangle within the initial.

There is a lot of sites that show zentangles and I've only just found them myself... been doing some sketches but don't think I really have the hang of it.  Obviously... you do...!  :)
