I share this in response to Pokey's blog this morning, re: Landscapes, simplified. I made the 4 seasons recently as a 'play break' from real quilting. I challenged myself to set the mood for each season by a single color. I fudged with a second accent color a couple times. Fiery Fall is my favorite. I may quilt them more. I might 'frame' them in birch limbs. I don't know... I was just having fun!

Your choice of fabric works quite well. I love these kind of landscapes, quick to do and there are so many ways to embellish if you decide it's not quite done!
