'Next Generation' Quilted silk batik with embroidery

This is a silk batik which I then quilted and added embroidery, beads and stamens. This is one of a series of quilted silk batiks all on a nature theme.

Now that is beautiful!!!!  Did it take a lot of planning?  I dabble in different things fabric, beads, collage, etc.  I think your work is exceptional.
