Zentangle Quilting on 12" squares

Do I color these blocks or should I leave them alone?  I realized that I could draw these out and quilt them rather quickly.  My dear niece is getting married in July and I thought a zentangle quilt would be a great gift!  Her fiance' and herself are artsy!  Not sure how to proceed!!!

I really like it as is, but also would like to see it coloured with   maybe  iridescent   Shiva paints  ?????

Beautiful Stitching..Maybe the binding could highlight the stitching but I like the monotone because you can really see the work. Nice!  mAybe some shimmer would really make it pop.

I agree. I love the monotone. So classy and you can see the work. I would go with a very simple black frame.
