To create this postcard, I used hand-painted and batik fabric, thread, cheesecloth, yarn, painted misty fuse, and water soluble stabilizer.

Hi, Betsy. Sounds like you at fun at the Strybing Arboretum (aka the San Francisco Botanical Garden, right?).  You certainly captured the flora nicely on your staycation postcard; I especially love the cheesecloth in the pink flower for an ethereal look. Thank you Kristine. I really enjoyed this challenge. I like challenging myself to come up with different ways to create an image.

Whether it's a vine on a tree, wisteria or a delicate flower. I love QA challenges!
