8x 10; Machine quilted, embellished with embroidery and beads. Face rendered with water color pencils. Stamped background fabric strips with tea types/flavors. The border is embroidered with the word 'tea' in 18 languages. This is a portrait of Tii Guardianne, Her head is covered with fabric leaves, each tipped with seed beads representing morning dew. She has jasmine blossoms interspersed among the leaves. The 'blossoms' are made with Pellon tear-away paper. She wears a 'mantle' of harvested tea leaves made from the same fabric as the leaves on her head.
