This is a representation of how I feel in the morning while drinking my coffee from my favorite cup. I love looking out my window and watching the birds as they flutter through my flowers and fruit trees in my back yard. The coffee cup is my design and I made it with free motion embroidery using a very small stitch to give the cup a ceramic look. The steam is some cotton fibers I pulled from some old jeans. And, of course, had to add some bling. It is 8 x 10 and the perfect size to set my old fashion perculator coffee pot on that was given to me by my mother-in-law.
