I love how light it is.  Storage everywhere is great too.  You never know when you need something at midnight so you must have it somewhere in your studio.  Yes storage is a must.

I agree, storage is key... I still have some larger things out in the garage studio (which I now mostly use for large-scale paper painting or as a wet studio for dying, felting, etc). I had my husband line every bit of wall space I could reach with shelves, catch-alls and whatnot.

I make my own storage for my thread. I'll post a photo of it in a few minutes with a quick description of how I make them. :D
