Three Kalidescope using same fabric but differant spots on the same fabric
AMAZING! Do you get dizzy making these? VERY cool stuff.
lol actually sometimes I do , but mostly when Im looking at the fabric and trying to figure what it would look like if I did this or that, Thanks , no one is saying much so I dont have a clue as to what they are thinking
These are exquisite.I am thinking if I could have them in my home I would be verrry relaxed! I love Mandalas and these are amazing.
Are the fabric applique or embroidery pulling out images? I cannot quite tell from the images. I am very curious- you do not indicate what the materials and techniques are.
I figured out that these are amazing quilts. I have been looking through the slide show- you are awesome!!
The kalidescopes are made with a pie shape template and the shapes are taken from the fabric and worked how ever many wedges you want in the pie , Paula Nadelstern has several books on the process , sometimes they are worked into a pieced background sometimes I applique them on a background , I actually had a world reknown philosopher come out to the old house and say they looked like art he had seen in Tibet , that surprised me but it was cool that others see what I see, thanks Linda
Most likely reason people aren't saying much is because they don't have the words to express what they think. Not me, here are MY words for these.
STUNNING, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, MEMORABLE, REMARKABLE, GORGEOUS, EMOTIVE, BRILLIANT, EYE CATCHING, and MORE!
There's only one thing I see wrong with them. They aren't in MY HOUSE! :)
