This is one of a series of 4X6 pieces I did using hand-dyed fabric. I first dyed the fabric, then discharged, stamped with a vegetable stamp, then cut out a 12" x 16" piece to create the series. I fused some pieces of a commercial fabric, then embellished with metallic fabric paint and eyelash yarn. I really like doing a series this way because I can create an overall design that makes the individual pieces more interesting.
