I am following Melanie Testa's Video Prompts. Her first prompt is to doodle and then make two different types of stamps. This is my first stamp. I was inspired by my circle doodles and decided I would use some egg shaped foam stickers I have in my stash of stuff. I stuck the foam stickers on to a sample piece of wood flooring. I used acrylic paint mixed with fabric medium and stamped onto a piece of hand dyed cotton I dyed last summer. I really wanted to vary the sizes of the eggs but I was too lazy to go look for a pair of paper scissors. I know I have dozens of pairs throughout the house but my children have hidden them from me. ;)
