a new member mentioned quilts that maybe we dont think are all that good and it reminded me of this one so I'm putting it up to show the world :) it is my own design and always my weird choice of colors but in my defense I made it when Bush and Gore were going back and forth back and forth on who won ,I named it Eye of the Beholder because I couldnt decide about it at the time and still cant. This is one I would like good and bad comments about :)

Any finished quilt is beautiful where I am concerned.   I like it,  Does it go in the room you made it for?  Is it comfy?    I can't make quilts with points so I am always in awe of those who can.  I would be proud of it if I were you.  Keep up the good work.

For my own taste, I think it may have more interest with a bit less repetition and a little more variety, but I agree with Whidbey, it is nice! I would be proud to display this quilt in my home, if I had crafted it. I think it is interesting the way you mixed a bold geometric with a a soft, fluid, watery  border. It reminds me of some of the classic, old fashioned quilts, but with a bit of artsy flair.
